Namibia is still being governed with civility despite its founding party losing grip on its reformation from a liberation party to modern governace realities relevant to the young population of Namibia. However, the region should be worrying about the elephant in the room – Zimbambwe – stuck with liberation antics, hardly ever moved by reformed governance system. They still blame Britain, its colonial master, where its 1/3 population reside, for litter all over in Harare streets. Current leadership of Zimbabwe is resurrection of Mugabe regime that loathe change bitterly.

It’s ironic that former head of state, General Ian Khama – whose father founded the BDP, chose to celebrate Boko’s victory by dancing on the BDP’s political grave. He played a
critical role in de-campaigning Masisi.”
Ian had every reason to celebrate…. the former president did everything imaginable to maltreat him. He withdrew most of the privileges Ian was entitled.
He deserved to lose.
