IN THE LAST TEN YEARS THE PF HAS GRAVELY DISAPPOINTED ZAMBIANS BY BEHAVING LIKE AN OPPOSITION PARTY BY HEAPING ALL ITS FAILURES ON THE OPPOSITION PARTIES. IN FACT ONE OF THE PF MINISTERS CLEARLY STATED THAT THE PF GOVT WILL ONLY DEVELOP THOSE AREAS WHERE THE PF WON. THE PF NEEDS ANOTHER JOB; THAT OF BEING AN OPPOSITION PARTY WHICH IT DOES VERY WELL!!!

The ECL Govt is playing with fire by focusing on Rigging the 2021 Elections. Fr Lupupa is misleading the ECL Govt by suggesting that they rig the August 12,2021 Elections. Rigging Elections has consequences. A Violent and disputed Election will produce an illegitimate outcome. An illegitimate Govt will not be recognised by the International Community. An illegitimate Regime after August 12,2021 Elections can expect International Sanctions. No Concessionary Aid from IFIs like IMF, World Bank etc will not come to Zambia. Zambia has already defaulted on its external Debt so with International Sanctions imposed on Zambia the Economic Situation will be bleak. So the consequences of a rigged Election in Zambia should’nt be taken lightly. The writing is on the wall.

It looks like Zambia is heading to a violent and disputable August 2021 Election. The scheme to manipulate the Voters by ECZ means that free,fair,credible and peaceful Elections in Zambia in August 2021 are not achievable. Zambia has already defaulted on its external interest payment to Bondholders so a disputed Election means access to Western IFIs for Concessionary financing will be denied and Economic Sanctions on Zambia may be inevitable. The prospects for the Zambian Economy post a disputed and violent Election looks gloomy. Cry the beloved Zambia!

Sishuma Sishuwa is prophetic. ECL is seeking a Third Term knowing very well that the State Captured Concourt and ECZ will deliver his wish. ECL and PF know very well that he cannot win a free, fair, credible and peaceful Election in 2021. The only way ECL can retain power in 2021 is to rig the Election in his favour. Concourt and ECZ are key in ECL achieving his objective. Time will tell.

Good Summary of failures in 2020 by Sishuwa. His observations on Concourt and ECZ are pertinent and worrying. ECL is confidently and arrogantly stealing a Third Term on the understanding that Concourt will approve it. Concourt will find a way to twist the fact that ECL has been “elected and sworn in twice” and is therefore ineligible in terms of55 the Constitution. Concourt will find a way to grant ECL his Third Term wish. With Esau Chulu at the helm of ECZ there is no way the August 12,2021 Elections can be free,fair,credible and peaceful. Concourt and ECZ will rig the 2021 Election in favour of ECL. Clearly a M7 formula of Rigging the 2021 Elections in Zambia is already under way. That we are heading 4 a violent , stolen and disputable 2021 Election is as clear as water. The writing…
