The 11.9% for the Copperbelt means Luanshya at 8.1% is actually not the worst hit on the Copperbelt. Perhaps Kalulushi is in the 12-15%!

This needs further explanation. At first I thought 8.1% was out of the Luanshya population.
If it’s of the Copperbelt’s 11.9% then the entire Luanshya population is affected.
Please help.
