It means throwing away. Why throw away food when people are staving. Donate the fish to the needy institutions. African governments have wrong mentalities. It’s like burning elephant tusks that were confiscated from poachers. Why burn the tusks? Sell as government and use the money to buy equipment for hospitals. Let’s change the way focsus on things.
