Its actually worse in the leagues abroad which have more money than Africa. Just try to take a look at European and American leagues. Coaches are replaced everyday by their rivals within or across borders.

Musamba has nothing to do. Football is a pastime. Nkhwazi is just for recreational purposes. Do you see Mopani or Kansanshi Mines posing for pictures with Devils or Mighty? They assign such things to recreational officers in their companies. Focus on stopping crime within ZP and outside ZP. Capture JJ.Your lazy force couldnt find the gassers! Such a simple case.

Because of this ” readiness” by coaches, clubs will continue to fire coaches on flimsy grounds. Some coaches have not performed well because players have ganged up against them.
Clubs should take interest in the players character. Some players just want to disturb the system because they are not getting what they want.
