Every body agrees that people have to eat but it has to be a control to ensure those people have for their future and the future of their children. They can reviewed laws and enforced them like they do in the US and teach them to be more responsible with their natural resources.with out abusing the people.

People need to eat…do not take their culture and way of life away from them. If they are having problems with commercial fishing maybe people in that village can buy a license to fish. Additionally, have a limit on the amount of fish they get from the river. The license money can be used to improve or breed more fish in river.

Fishing should be controlled at anytime.This is to give chance small fish to grow and big fish to breed,so this chief need to be educated on this part otherwise all the fish will be finished in the river.

Bushe why do we keep on inviting these pipo?To come and mistreat our very own people? These infestors who come to Zambia mainly are the low class people from God knows where with self esteem issues. I was visiting ndola i was surprised how full it is of Somalians. Personally I don’t appreciate such people no matter what infestations(investment) they bring to this Country.

This Watts dude, whats wrong with him? he thinks this is the colonial era were they used to dictate what happens in foreign lands! ? As much as fishing should be controlled this dude needs to understand that we have a government that has policies on fishing. He should not involve himself in the the way we handle our policies.
