@Deja vu yeah I wonder why it’s being called an initiative. Those who have grown up in the border towns of Ndola, Mufulira Chingola were familiar with the Lobito railway which transported copper from Zambia. Then Savimbi closed it down till now. An initiative would be a railine from Lusaka through Mongu and Zambezi to Angola
