What I have noticed is that the Government (even on local level) is never taken serious. Look at the mines and the threats they are uttering.

This is obtaining money by false pretences, period and carries an imprisonment slap if proven guilty. We need to be tough on this and not just blacklist but IMPRISON. This is a scandal, a swindle.
